With this second store, we achieved to give the public greater proximity to the product. We focused on making a stronger exhibition and a most dynamic pickup. The location allowed us to add outdoor seating, highly requested by clients. In a very limited space, we managed to sectorize the bread display, central vinnoiserie island, delis and the market, with the cashier and cafeteria bar (in an orderly and clean manner). Faced with this m2 challenge, we achieved a fluid take away and a walkable store.
